Questions about this policy or about information held about you can be sent to that address.
The contact form on this site asks for the following. Only the first three are required:
The information from the form is used first to respond to the inquiry and, where a working relationship follows, to communicate about that engagement and deliver the agreed work.
An email address provided through the form, or given in the course of a business relationship, may also be used to send occasional business communications from Loxera: a newsletter, notice of new content published by Loxera, and information about services that relate to the operation you described. These messages come from Loxera itself and concern its own services. Each one carries an unsubscribe link and the company's postal address, and an unsubscribe request is acted on promptly. Declining them has no effect on an inquiry, a quote, or an ongoing engagement, and a request not to receive them can be made at any time, including in the form itself or in a reply to any message.
Messages that form part of an active engagement are a separate matter. Those continue regardless, because they are part of the work that was agreed.
Information is not used to build a profile of you and is not sold, rented, or licensed to anyone. No information is collected for advertising purposes, because this site carries no advertising, and no messages are sent on behalf of other companies.
Some messages are sent automatically. A confirmation after a form submission, a newsletter, or a scheduled follow-up can go out without being read or released individually beforehand, and the tools that may be used for this are named in section 4. Every such message carries a way to stop further ones.
Form submissions are transmitted to Formspree, Inc., a US-based form processing service, which forwards them to the Loxera email account and retains a copy in its system. Formspree acts as a service provider on behalf of Loxera and processes the data only for that purpose. Formspree's own privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Email received through the form is stored in a Microsoft 365 business mailbox operated by Microsoft Corporation on behalf of Loxera.
The website itself is delivered by Hostinger International Ltd., a hosting provider engaged by Loxera. Every request to this site necessarily passes through Hostinger's servers, which record it in server logs as described in section 5. Hostinger stores that log data on Loxera's behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes. Hostinger's privacy policy is available at hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Business communications of the kind described in section 3 may be prepared, scheduled, and sent using an email delivery service or a workflow automation tool engaged by Loxera, for example a newsletter platform or a tool such as n8n used to move contact details between the form, the mailbox, and that platform. Any such provider processes the information solely to carry out that task on Loxera's behalf, under terms that prohibit it from using the information for its own purposes or passing it on. No such tool is in use at the time of the last update to this policy. Before one is put into operation, it is named here, and this policy is updated first.
Beyond these service providers, information is shared in only two further circumstances:
There is no other sharing. No service provider named here is permitted to use the information for its own purposes.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technology. No profile of visitors is built, and no behavioral data is collected.
What does happen, on this site as on every website, is that the hosting provider, Hostinger, stores technical data about each request in its server logs. This is not optional and cannot be switched off: without it a web server cannot operate. A log entry typically contains:
This data is held by Hostinger on its servers and kept for a limited period under Hostinger's own retention schedule before it is deleted. It exists so that the site can be operated, faults diagnosed, and attacks such as automated abuse detected and blocked. Loxera does not read these logs to identify individual visitors, does not link them to contact form submissions, and does not combine them with any other source.
An IP address can in principle identify a person, which is why it is named here explicitly rather than described as anonymous technical data.
All fonts, scripts, images, and other page elements are served from this site's own domain, so opening a page sends no request to any third-party server.
Inquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement follows, correspondence and project records are retained for as long as the business relationship continues and for the period afterward required by applicable tax and commercial record-keeping rules.
An email address held for the business communications described in section 3 is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be removed, and is deleted promptly once you do. A record that an address has unsubscribed is kept afterward for the sole purpose of making sure nothing further is sent to it.
Server log data is a separate case: it is deleted automatically by Hostinger under its own retention schedule, typically after a matter of weeks, and Loxera keeps no copy of it.
You may at any time request a copy of the personal information Loxera holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request to contact@loxeralogisticsconsulting.com and it will be answered within thirty days. There is no charge, and making a request has no effect on any ongoing engagement.
Business communications can be stopped at any time, either through the unsubscribe link carried in every such message or by writing to the address above. No reason has to be given, and the request is acted on promptly.
Loxera does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising, there is nothing to opt out of; browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals are therefore not applicable.
If a request is refused, the reason is given in writing and the decision can be appealed by replying to that message. Texas residents who are not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal may submit a complaint to the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to the Loxera mailbox and to form submissions is limited to Annika Busche. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so sensitive commercial information is better discussed on a call than written into a web form.
This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. No information is knowingly collected from children.
If the way this site handles information changes, for example if analytics or a cookie-based tool are introduced, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect. The revised version is published on this page and the effective date at the top is changed, which is how any change is communicated. Anyone with an open inquiry or ongoing engagement at the time of a material change is additionally informed by email.
