What Working With Loxera Costs.

There are two ways to work together. Hourly engagement is the standard model, and clearly defined projects can alternatively be quoted as a fixed total. Which one applies is agreed before the work begins.

Hourly Engagement

The standard basis for working with Loxera, suited to any engagement: analysis and improvement work, advice, reviews, second opinions, or accompanying a change over a longer period.

Billed every two weeks against recorded hours. Rates are quoted on request.

Fixed Quote per Project

Option

An option for clearly defined projects: one written quote naming the areas in scope, the results you receive and the total cost, agreed before the work begins.

The total is invoiced in equal monthly instalments across the agreed duration. A fixed price is confirmed once the operation has been seen on site, so the binding quote follows the free visit.

How a Quote Comes About

Every engagement starts with a short call, followed by a free on-site visit of up to half a day in the Houston area. What that visit shows determines the scope, and the scope determines how the work is billed. Whichever basis is agreed, it is written down before anything begins, and the work runs in agreed steps, each reviewed with you before the next starts.

Quotes cover Loxera's work in the Greater Houston area. For sites outside it, travel time and expenses are quoted separately and shown as a separate line, never folded into the fee.

Where the work continues beyond a single project, a recurring monthly arrangement can be agreed instead: a set number of days on site each month, a written scope, and a notice period, rather than an open-ended mandate. This is normally something that follows a first engagement, once both sides know how the work runs.

An Example Project

A distribution site with 50 to 100 employees wants its receiving and shipping processes improved and Lean management introduced as daily practice. Duration: four months. This is an illustration of how effort is made up, not a price list. Your own quote follows from the first visit.

A project of this shape can be booked hourly or, where the scope is firm, quoted as a fixed total. Effort scales with the number of areas in scope and the size of the site: reviewing one process at a single site is a fraction of the example above.
