I founded Loxera Logistics Consulting in Houston, Texas, to work with companies that move and store freight on the two things that decide their cost per order: how the operation runs day to day, and how much value is actually drawn from the data and systems already in place. The focus is on third-party logistics providers, warehouse operators, and carriers, alongside distributors and retailers that run their own distribution centers, and e-commerce businesses shipping directly to consumers. Engagements are scoped to the operation, from a focused review for a small fleet to a multi-month program across several sites.
My background is operational rather than advisory. At a Houston-based 3PL, I worked on warehouse process improvements and developed KPI dashboards for network operations. On the transport side, the work included introducing fleet capacity tracking and combining it with route analysis to redesign underperforming delivery runs. At a global contract logistics provider, my responsibilities covered process methodology, user acceptance testing, and train-the-trainer programs. That experience spans Germany and the United States, and is backed by an M.Sc. in Business Administration.
A central part of Loxera's work is connecting day-to-day operations with planning and management. Whether on the warehouse floor, in the yard, or at the dispatch desk, operational teams know where processes slow down, how exceptions are handled, and what keeps work moving. Planning and management see the same operation from another angle: performance figures, resources, and customer commitments. Both views are necessary, and putting them side by side is where I start an engagement, before a process is redesigned or a system selected.
That principle shapes how each engagement runs. Operational data shows where time, cost, and capacity go; the people doing the work explain what drives those numbers. I develop and test changes with the teams who will put them into practice, and introduce new technology in stages, supported by user acceptance testing, practical training, and internal trainers who can build and maintain the knowledge inside the business.
Connecting those two views is what I enjoy most about this work. A successful engagement leaves a team with more than a better process. It leaves them able to keep improving it themselves.

I lead every Loxera engagement from the first site visit to final handover, and I stay involved in the day-to-day management of the work rather than handing it on once the scope is set.
I hold an M.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Greifswald, which included an exchange semester at Widener University in Pennsylvania focused on information systems, data analytics, and business process management. My first degree is a bachelor's in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences Europe.
